When I download a file using acsmdownloader, I get excessive messages

Download 0% 
Download 0%
Download 0%
::: (repeated about 20 times)
Download 1%
::: (repeated about 20 times)
Download 2%
::: (repeated about 20 times)

Because I redirect to yad, the "\r" is without function and every line is shown.

I patched my version to give each percent only once. This also speeds up the download because less console interaction.
I don't want to create a pull request because I'm short of time, but maybe you will have a look at the patch?
